Econo Lodge Franklin

It appears old and run down and you are short on staff..One person running around trying to do everything and at times no one at the desk.I will never stay at this one again.

Crack house. I will never stay there again!

Hotel is located in a convenient location near the interstate. The price is good. The room service was poor with insufficient towels and dirty bottles laying on the floor. I was woken up two nights in a row at 5 am by the phone Ive stayed in many hotels and I know what a wake up call is I didn't ask for one at 5 in the morning. The guy at the counter was not friendly. We had a disagreement about the laundry machine that is on their property and he didn't give me any money back claiming it wasn't their responsibility. I apologized for my actions - as I had just gotten off of a plane from Australia to LAX to INDY and had driven about 1.5 hours - so - I was up for more than 30 hours straight. The next day the man still had an attitude about the laundry incident. That night was when I got the first wake up call then the following night. The hotel was nice the staff was very polite, coffee was fresh the following morning, overall the hotel was nice.
